Customer Reviews
Consistent quality over time
This was my third order from Jolly Brolly. I first bought clear dome umbrellas a couple years ago, then some kids umbrellas, and this time a bulk set of black solid color umbrellas for an event. Every order has been consistent. The quality for the price point is always good, and I appreciate that. Shipping times have been reliable too, usually within a week. It's why I keep coming back for my umbrella needs; they deliver on what they promise without any fuss.
Decent umbrellas, slow delivery
I purchased a few golf umbrellas and a rainbow umbrella. The umbrellas themselves are quite good for the price; the golf ones feel substantial. My main gripe was the delivery, which took longer than I expected, around 8 business days. It wasn't urgent, but it felt a bit slow. The packaging was adequate, everything arrived undamaged. Customer service answered my tracking query quickly. Overall, a good experience for the product quality, but they could improve on shipping times.
Good clear dome umbrellas
I ordered 10 clear dome umbrellas for an event. They arrived quickly and were exactly what I needed. Quality was solid for the price. No issues with the order.
Love my new walking umbrella!
I just received my wooden handle walking umbrella and I absolutely love it! The quality is fantastic for the price. It feels really sturdy and looks so stylish. The automatic opening works perfectly. I can tell this will last me a long time. I'm so glad I found Jolly Brolly, I will definitely be buying from them again!
Got some cool heart shaped umbrellas
So I needed some fun umbrellas for a themed party and found these heart shaped ones. They looked super cute in the pictures. Shipping was pretty standard, took 5 days to reach Denver. When they got here, they were exactly what I wanted. Felt decent enough for the price too. Everyone at the party thought they were neat. Definitely happy with them.
Wedding umbrellas worked well
I got a bulk order of white wedding umbrellas for my sister's big day. The ordering process was straightforward on their website, and the bulk discount applied automatically, which was nice. Delivery took about a week to get to us, which was within the timeframe they said. All the umbrellas arrived in good condition, no broken ones or anything. Customer service was helpful when I had a question about tracking. They are pretty sturdy for budget umbrellas. Guests used them when it rained a bit, and they held up fine.

Share tips, ask questions & help fellow shoppers save more
Hey, thinking of getting a bunch of clear dome umbrellas for an outdoor event next month. Anyone ordered from Jolly Brolly to the US before? Wondering how long shipping usually takes to, like, California.
Looking at their wedding umbrella packages, seems like a good deal. but what if I end up with too many? Can I return some of the unused ones?
